Safeguarding Rights. Shaping Futures.

Assistant Director of Special Education
B.A, J.D

I am a lifelong child advocate with a background in protecting children’s rights. I pursued a double major in Italian and Legal Studies at UMASS Amherst and gained experience at Disability Services, MASSPIRG, and Upward Bound. My journey continued at SUFFOLK Law School, where I engaged with the Children’s Law Center, DCF, and actively participated in the student public interest legal group (SPILG).

My professional path led me to work as a civil rights investigator, assessing discrimination allegations, and later as a special education attorney after receiving specialized training in advocacy and mediation. I then founded educational advocacy and psychoeducational testing services at a private educational consulting company.

I have had the privilege of speaking at various esteemed organizations, including the South Shore Conference of Women, The Former Lawyer Podcast, and The American Camp Association of New England. My expertise lies in social-emotional support, private placements, alternative conflict resolution, and intricate educational testing methodologies.
