Dr. Maya Blackwell joined the firm in 2024. Dr. Blackwell possesses 28 years of experience in education, and throughout her tenure she has served as a K-12 teacher, academic advisor, professional licensure officer, adjunct faculty member, dean of instruction, and program director. Dr. Blackwell has always had a passion for supporting, serving, and advocating for the rights of students. This passion fuels her work with our clients, as she operates under the belief that everyone deserves a second chance and that their voices should be heard. Dr. Blackwell has a Bachelor of Arts in English, a Master of Education with a concentration in Adult Education Leadership, and a Doctorate of Education in Interdisciplinary Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education Administration.
